Gardening Events during the Summer 2018

Now that summer has arrived there are quite a few exciting gardening events coming up. Show gardens, garden talks, floral marquees, plants for sale, good food, music and much much more. An opportunity to take ideas back to your own outdoor space, be inspired this summer!!………

RHS Chatsworth Flower Show from June 6th – 10th 2018. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Derbyshire. A thrilling day out that blends tradition with exciting and innovative design.

BBC Gardeners’ World Live from June 14th – 17th 2018. Birmingham NEC. Show gardens, advice from experts, planting ideas for small gardens, floral marquee, BBC Good Food Show, music and much more.

House and Garden Festival from June 20th – 24th 2018. Olympia, London. The House & Garden Festival incorporates The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia, HOUSE, Spirit of Summer and GROW London and presents an eclectic collection of products ranging from antiquity to contemporary – focused on craftsmanship and quality, design, interior and garden trends and luxury lifestyle.

Blenheim Palace Flower Show from June 22nd – 24th 2018. Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. Show gardens, garden talks, grand floral pavilion, floral art marquee in the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace.

RHS Garden Harlow Carr Flower Show from June 22nd – 24th 2018. Crag Lane, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This three-day floral extravaganza is a great day out, packed with specialist nurseries and trade stands, gorgeous displays, expert advice, tempting food, entertainment and more.

RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show from July 3rd – 8th 2018. Hampton Court, East Molesey Surrey. Gorgeous gardens, fabulous florals & fantastic shopping in an unforgettable setting

RHS London Plant and Art Fair from July 11th – 12th 2018. RHS Lawrence and Lindley Halls, London. Showcasing the very best of botanical art and photography, with UK and international artists from as far afield as Australia, the USA and Japan. The show will also explore the art of the Japanese Garden, with features including Ikebana workshops.

RHS Tatton Park Flower Show from July 18th – 22nd 2018. Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire. A brilliant family day out in the lazy, hazy days of summer featuring young and talented garden designers.

RHS Garden Hyde Hall Flower Show from August 1st – 5th 2018. Creephedge Lane, Chelmsford, Essex. Five-day floral extravaganza set in the beautiful surroundings of RHS Garden Hyde Hall. The show provides a fabulous day out for family and friends with specialist nurseries, gardening sundries, expert advice, craft and gifts, live music and tasty food and drink, as well as the chance to explore the garden in full summer bloom.

RHS Garden Rosemoor Flower Show from Auguat 17th – 19th 2018. Torrington, Devon. The show highlights the very best the South West has to offer in nurseries, atmosphere and local fare, all set against the stunning backdrop of the 26ha (65 acres) garden.
